Easy Eggs and Hot Dogs

One of the perks of being a chicken owner is that you will be rewarded with eggs. Lots and lots of EGGS!! So what do you do with all those eggs? You eat them. I started getting tired of eating simple scrambled eggs every day. I had to learn and create new recipes with eggs. Even my children began to complain about having to have scrambled eggs in the morning. To ensure we would not let those delicious fresh eggs go to waste, I’ve come up with some quick, simple and delightful recipes.

Let’s start with a simple egg recipe and one of our family’s favorite.

Scrambled Eggs with Hot dogs!

Yes, you read that right. Hot dogs. This recipe was created because I found myself in a pinch. I thought I had some sausage left for my scrambled eggs. As I frantically looked in the fridge I came across hot dogs. I only had two. It’s kind of like sausage and it would be a good way to use them up.
